• Drive strategic planning and execution alongside the CXO
• Prepare board updates, business reviews, and internal presentations
• Manage cross-functional projects and track key KPIs
• Handle communication, stakeholder alignment, and executive reporting
• Research, benchmark, and analyze data to support decision-making
🎯 Ideal Candidate:
• 2–5 years in Strategy / Consulting / Program Management / CXO Office
• Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
• Strong communication and analytical thinking
• High ownership, agility, and business acumen
• Experience in high-growth or tech-driven organizations preferred
• Category experience is a strong plus
