Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Business Strategist to help shape the long-term direction of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and developing strategic plans to drive business success and competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze internal operations and market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas of improvement.
• Develop strategic business plans, forecasts, and models to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with leadership to set strategic goals and monitor progress against KPIs.
• Conduct competitor and industry analysis to inform strategy and innovation.
• Prepare and present strategic recommendations and reports to senior management.
• Lead or support high-impact projects, including market entry, diversification, or digital transformation.
• Track the implementation of strategic initiatives and ensure alignment across departments.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience( 1-3 Year)in business strategy, consulting, or a related role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and business modeling (Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools).
• Strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach.
