About the role:

Business Strategist- Adobe CJA & RTCDP

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the
custodian for business value creation
through Adobe tools (CJA & RTCDP).
Develop a strong understanding of
data sources, schema, unified profiles, audience segments, and activation
processes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to
define impact metrics
and deliver
reports and dashboards
that drive decision-making.
Perform
slice-and-dice analysis
to uncover multiple perspectives from unified customer profiles.
Identify and drive
personalization and audience segmentation
use cases to enhance customer engagement and conversion.
Partner with solution architects to
address schema or code-level inaccuracies
and establish the necessary technical requirements.

Good to Have:

Exposure to
machine learning techniques
(e.g., churn or propensity modelling) using
Python
and
SQL
.
