Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management
  • Serving as the primary contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client's business challenges and align them with our IT services and solutions.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to present performance metrics and identify new opportunities.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to develop proposals and close high-value deals.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets while ensuring a high ROI for clients.

Market Intelligence & Solution Alignment

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements.
  • Actively contribute to the development of tailored IT solutions, including cloud services, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications.

Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with the technical delivery, product development, and customer success teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Communicate client needs effectively to internal stakeholders to refine and enhance offerings.

Strategic Planning

  • Develop strategic account plans for key clients to ensure long-term success.
  • Provide actionable insights to leadership based on client feedback and market trend
