Job Description

Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Relationship Management Serving as the primary contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Develop a deep understanding of the client's business challenges and align them with our IT services and solutions. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to present performance metrics and identify new opportunities. Sales & Revenue Growth Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to develop proposals and close high-value deals. Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets while ensuring a high ROI for clients. Market Intelligence & Solution Alignment Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements. Actively contribute to the development of tailored IT solutions, including cloud services, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications. Collaboration with Internal Teams Work closely with the technical delivery, product development, and customer success teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Communicate client needs effectively to internal stakeholders to refine and enhance offerings. Strategic Planning Develop strategic account plans for key clients to ensure long-term success. Provide actionable insights to leadership based on client feedback and market trend
