Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Business Relation Executive, located in Ahmedabad. The Business Relation Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves regular communication with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to foster long-term partnerships. Additional tasks include negotiating contracts, identifying market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client goals.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship management and communication skills
• Experience in sales, client account management, and business development
• Ability to identify market opportunities and develop business strategies
• Proficiency in negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced on-site environment in Bengaluru South
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role or working in client-facing roles is advantageous
