As an HR Business Partner with Koch Engineered Solutions, India based at Savli and Vadodara offices in Gujarat, your primary role will be to apply business knowledge and management philosophy to enhance competitiveness in operations. Specifically, you will focus on the manufacturing team in Savli, a critical part of the global operating footprint of the company. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building and maintaining collaborative relationships to enhance business performance - Developing supervisor skills in performance management, change management, and employee development - Designing and implementing talent strategies - Leading employee and union relations through proactive engagement - Collaborating with the recruiting capability group to acquire diverse talent - Developing business acumen to support performance drivers - Driving innovation in HR functions using data insights - Managing employment-related risks and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations Qualifications required: - Master's in human resource management/MBA in HR preferred - 8+ years of experience in HR Manufacturing domain - Ability to improve supervisor performance and execute strategies aligned with business objectives - Willingness to drive transformation in the engineering or manufacturing sector - Strong command over Gujarati language (Read, write, and speak) is mandatory Desirable qualifications: - Demonstrated capability as an HR Business Partner - Foundational knowledge of Labor and Employment law - Experience in a Union represented operation and optimizing risk through performance management processes Koch companies value diversity, offer benefits to support employee wellbeing, and provide an inclusive work environment.
