Business Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

Human Resource & Team Management

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
• Coordinate interns and team members, track performance, and maintain HR records.
• Build a positive work culture aligned with organizational values.

Operations & Administration

• Oversee day-to-day operations and workflows across departments.
• Support leadership in project execution, scheduling, and reporting.
• Maintain documentation, records, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate events, meetings, and business activities as required.

Business Support

• Assist in client communication and stakeholder coordination.
• Prepare operational reports and share progress updates with management.
• Ensure timely execution of key business initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, HR, or related field preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in HR, admin, or operations (internship experience considered).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with tools like Google Workspace, MS Office, or similar platforms.
• Proactive problem-solver with eagerness to learn and grow.
