Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Act as a strategic advisor and thought partner

   to the CEO/leadership team on operational and organizational matters.

2. Drive alignment across departments by coordinating priorities, projects, and execution plans.

3. Lead special projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.

4. Proven track record in setting up SOPs and serving as the main point of contact for internal & external stakeholders.

5. Monitor and track business performance metrics, preparing dashboards and reports for leadership review.

6. Identify process gaps and operational inefficiencies, and propose solutions for improvement.

7. Facilitate leadership meetings – setting agendas, tracking action items, and ensuring accountability.

8. Serve as a POC between leadership and internal teams to ensure clear communication

   and follow-through.

9. Support in budgeting, resource allocation, and operational planning.

10. Represent leadership in internal and external communications where required.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).

2. 5+ years of experience in operations, management consulting, or business strategy.

3. Proven experience in project management and cross-functional leadership.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
7. High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
