Business Operations Intern

As a Business Operations Intern at Aurum PropTech Pulse, India's fastest-growing knowledge hub platform for Real Estate and PropTech, you will collaborate with various teams including product, content, marketing, and external partners to enhance business value across the platform. This internship is designed for individuals who are passionate about data analysis, connecting insights, and understanding the dynamics of digital platform growth. Your responsibilities will include strategizing services and coordinating with partners, managing lead diversion flows, monitoring user journeys, and optimizing lead generation performance. Additionally, you will be involved in developing the roadmap for the real estate certification and learning segment, conducting market research, analyzing competitors, and proposing effective go-to-market strategies. In terms of analytics and reporting, you will assist in creating dashboards for tracking traffic, leads, and revenue metrics. By identifying user trends, drop-off points, and providing insights for A/B tests and campaign performance, you will contribute to improving conversion rates and overall platform performance. Furthermore, you will be engaged in strategic research activities such as benchmarking other platforms, supporting the team with business cases for new tools or services, and assisting in the creation of growth ideas and hypothesis experiments. We are seeking final year students or recent graduates in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields, who possess strong analytical skills and a keen interest in growth, marketing, or digital strategy. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, the ability to work with data, and effective written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
