Role Overview: Zuddl is a modular platform for events and webinars that helps event marketers plan and execute events that drive growth. Event teams from global organizations like Microsoft, Google, ServiceNow, Zylo, Postman, TransPerfect, and the United Nations trust Zuddl. The modular approach to event management allows B2B marketers and conference organizers to customize the event components they need for the perfect event and scale their event program effectively. Zuddl is an outcome-oriented platform that prioritizes flexibility, aiming to be more of a partner than just a vendor. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to identify broken processes and automate solutions to enhance efficiency - Diagnose operational inefficiencies across the GTM organization - Build and automate workflows using tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Zapier, Make.com, Airtable, or APIs - Support key programs such as lead routing, business development, customer onboarding, and internal reporting - Design internal dashboards, bots, scripts, or utilities to streamline execution - Document builds and create repeatable playbooks for scalability - Contribute to internal GTM experiments and bring new automation ideas to fruition Qualifications Required: - Obsession with problem-solving and ability to quickly figure things out - Experience in building or hacking workflows using AI tools or no-code/low-code platforms - Curiosity about business systems and how technology can enhance them - Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and enjoy learning new concepts - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Additional Details: Zuddl, as part of the Y-Combinator 2020 batch, has raised $13.35 million in Series A funding led by Alpha Wave Incubation and Qualcomm Ventures, with participation from existing investors GrowX Ventures and Waveform Ventures.
