Business Operations Intern

Role Overview: You will be joining Spark Studios as an Operations Intern for a 6-month internship, where you will play a crucial role in managing and streamlining the operations of the Jari program. Beyond handling day-to-day tasks, you will have the opportunity to shape processes, enhance learner experiences, and contribute directly to the success of the program. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end program operations encompassing onboarding, scheduling, communication, and placements. - Develop and enhance processes to ensure seamless program delivery. - Monitor learner progress, performance, and guarantee an exceptional learning journey. - Collaborate with mentors, industry partners, and placement teams. - Assist in the creation of scalable systems for upcoming program batches. - Take charge of special projects focused on growth and learner success. Qualification Required: - Being a final-year student or a recent graduate. - Possessing strong English communication skills, both written and spoken. - Demonstrating organizational skills, proactiveness, and a problem-solving attitude. - Comfortable with using digital tools such as Google Workspace, Excel, etc. Additional Details: Jari is a skill-building program at Spark Studios designed for college graduates and young professionals to enhance their sales skills and secure placements in top startups and companies. As an Operations Intern, you will have the chance to work remotely or be based in Chandigarh, with a stipend of up to 15,000/month. A full-time offer may be extended based on your performance post the internship period. Note: Benefits include paid sick time and the flexibility to work from home.
