Job Description

Role: Executive Assistant to the CEO
Experience: 2 - 4 Years
Location: Navi Mumbai

EA to the CEO Responsibilities:
  • Schedule appointment and Meetings, Calendar Management, Travel Arrangements and Hotel bookings
  • Prepare & edit correspondence, prepare Agenda and Minutes of the meetings, reports, presentations, and other documents as required, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and excellent communication skills in all interactions.
  • Follow up on various task, taking report from different department
  • Verifying & checking the documents before giving for signing
  • Preparing reports for CEO, Research on given topic as per Executive
  • Maintain and organize electronic and paper files, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information when needed
  • Maintain records of incoming and outgoing correspondences
  • Provide administrative support for various projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
