Job Description

As an Account Operations Support Associate at our company, your role is crucial in providing support to Account Leaders in Contract Management, Account Governance, and Business Process Compliance activities. You will enable timely order-to-cash processes and ensure effective coordination between Sales, Forecasting, ERP, and Resourcing actions. Your primary objective will be to support account operations/administrative activities, improve processes/data/compliance/awareness within or across accounts, provide proactive insights, and support actions related to org-wide initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Utilize your strong process/business knowledge and experience with Order-to-Cash processes - Track account operations, conduct process compliance activities, and perform repeatable administrative actions with minimal coordination or ambiguity - Demonstrate an analytical mindset by providing continuous improvement ideas - Collaborate with different teams such as resource management, revenue, and finance to ensure smooth month, quarter, and year-end closing processes **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in MS Office suite (MS Excel, MS Outlook, etc.) - Ability to effectively use systems for Projects/Time/Resource management and other functions - Experience with SAP and Salesforce.com would be advantageous - Experience in at least one of the process areas such as Project/Time, Contracts/Invoicing/AR is preferred, Order management, and master data management will be a plus - Strong communication (verbal and written), analytical skills, and the ability to understand complex business problems and propose solutions - Self-management skills to effectively organize and manage activities, drive attention to detail, ensure quality deliverables, and optimize results - Flexibility to adapt to business requirements - Coordination with internal resources and stakeholders for flawless execution of work - Effective communication of insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management - Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of change requests/requirements - Prior experience in Operations or Back-office Support Services would be beneficial - Ability to maintain SLAs and resolve issues within SLA This position offers you the opportunity to contribute significantly to the growth and success of our accounts by supporting operations and driving efficiency across various processes.
