Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development and continuous improvement of contract intake and publishing workflows.
  • Implement automation using Microsoft Power Automate and deliver insights through Power BI.
  • Maintain, update, and enhance contract templates such as SOWs, datasheets, and change orders.
  • Create clear written and visual content for Service Descriptions.
  • Research existing agreements and programs to support reporting, compliance, and customer requirements.
  • Automate contract lifecycle stages including intake, drafting, approvals, publishing, and communication.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to improve business processes and workflows.
  • Develop dashboards and automation solutions to support contract operations.
  • Manage the contract request queue and triage inquiries via Slack support channels.
  • Collaborate with product managers to fulfill new contract creation or modification requests.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 46 years of experience in contracts, legal operations, or process automation.
  • Exposure to high-tech or IT contracting environments.
