Location-

The Business Manager will be responsible for inside sales:

Engaging with prospects and clients based on incoming business enquiries
Converting qualified prospects into clients through calls and emails
Sending proposals, resolving client queries, planning follow-ups and campaigns via CRM to maximize conversion.
Forwarding client expectations internally to the Operations team
