Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Manager with strong experience in both B2B and B2C business models. The role involves driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, managing key client relationships, and leading high-performing teams. The ideal candidate should be proactive, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth across B2B and B2C channels
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for products and services
  • Identify, acquire, and manage key corporate and retail clients
  • Lead sales, marketing, and operations teams to achieve targets
  • Manage end-to-end business operations including revenue, margins, and costs
  • Handle P&L responsibility, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Strengthen distribution networks, channel partners, and customer touch points
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior
  • Build long-term client relationships and improve customer experience
  • Prepare MIS, performance reports, and business review presentations

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
  • MBA preferred
  • 8-10 years of experience in business management with exposure to both B2B and B2C markets
  • Experience in managing regional or multi-channel operations is an advantage
