What You’ll Do

• Handle and create inbound & outbound leads (LinkedIn, referrals, partnerships)
• Conduct discovery calls to understand the pain behind the pain
• Qualify the right clients (and say no to the wrong ones)
• Present solutions, create proposals, and close value-based deals
• Build long-term relationships with founders & decision-makers

Who This Role Is For

• 4–8 years of experience in B2B services sales (agency / consulting / SaaS preferred)
• Comfortable talking to founders & CXOs
• Strong listener who asks the right questions
• Thinks in

  problems, not just pitches

• Believes in honest selling, not pressure tactics

Required Skills & Traits

Must-Have

• Strong communication & listening skills
• Ability to understand business problems (not just sell services)
• Experience selling high-value services
• Confidence in talking to founders and senior stakeholders
• Structured thinking and clarity in conversations
