Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Manager located in Chandigarh. The Business Manager will lead and manage a advisors' team to achieve business targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include driving sales and generating revenue through life insurance products, coaching and motivating team members, building and maintaining strong client relationships, monitoring market trends, and implementing strategies for client acquisition and retention. The manager will also ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
