We’re Hiring: Business Manager Most sales roles are about pushing services. This one is about understanding problems . At Mouse & Cheese , we work with founders who are building serious businesses but feel stuck due to lack of clarity in brand, positioning, or direction. We don’t sell logos or websites. We help businesses find the real problem before designing the solution . What You’ll Do Handle and create inbound & outbound leads (LinkedIn, referrals, partnerships) Conduct discovery calls to understand the pain behind the pain Qualify the right clients (and say no to the wrong ones) Present solutions, create proposals, and close value-based deals Build long-term relationships with founders & decision-makers Who This Role Is For 4–8 years of experience in B2B services sales (agency / consulting / SaaS preferred) Comfortable talking to founders & CXOs Strong listener who asks the right questions Thinks in problems, not just pitches Believes in honest selling, not pressure tactics Required Skills & Traits Must-Have Strong communication & listening skills Ability to understand business problems (not just sell services) Experience selling high-value services Confidence in talking to founders and senior stakeholders Structured thinking and clarity in conversations Location Noida If you are interested please feel free to send your CV at akash@mousencheese.design
