Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with banks and financial institutions through proactive and regular engagement.

Needs Assessment: Analyse partner institutions' deposit strategies to provide effective, customized solutions.

Tailored Solutions: Offer wholesale deposit products (CA/SA/TD) to existing clients and pursue new customer acquisition opportunities.

Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all interactions adhere to regulatory standards and internal risk policies.

Business Growth: Identify and pursue Interbank collaboration opportunities to increase deposit volumes through strategic partnerships and cross-selling initiatives.

Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.

Account Management: Oversee key institutional accounts, manage performance, and promptly address any operational challenges.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including operations, sales, and customer service to enhance the overall client experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors or a postgraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Interbank business, wholesale deposits, or the financial services industry.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of Interbank products, operations, and compliance regulations.
