Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Manager located in Shillong. The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing Two Wheeler financial activities, developing TW business strategies, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also includes leading a team, setting goals, monitoring performance, and driving business growth while maintaining customer satisfaction and engagement.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work onsite in Shillong
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
• Prior experience in the financial services industry is advantageous
