This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities. The candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills. The position holder will be managing a team of 30-40 individuals. Should be able to accurately plan, forecast, and achieve client targets. Build and manage productive, professional relationships with clients. Ensure prompt resolution of client complaints. Skills – Quick thinking and problem-solving. Verbal communication with active listening. Team Management & Interpersonal skills. Understanding of Client requirements and ensuring prompt achievement of the same. Data & Report Management.
