Business Management Trainee

What You’ll Do

• Rotate across business verticals (Strategy, Sales, Operations, Marketing, Product, People Ops, Finance).
• Lead mini-projects with measurable outcomes under each vertical.
• Work closely with leadership to identify opportunities, streamline processes, and execute GTM initiatives.
• Analyze business performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for decision-making.
• Bring in fresh perspectives and propose innovative solutions for growth and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• Final year students / recent graduates from

  Tier-1 institutions

  (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, IITs, FMS, etc.).
• Strong academic record with a demonstrated interest in business/strategy.
• Excellent problem-solving & analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High ownership mindset, ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to roll up sleeves and execute.
