Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced leader to head our Bangalore business operations, overseeing sales, supply, and profitability across steel, aggregates, and readymix concrete. The Business Lead will own the P&L, drive business growth, strengthen market presence, and ensure operational excellence in one of India s fastest-growing construction markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Take full P&L ownership for the Bangalore business unit.
Define and implement strategies to grow sales and market share for steel, aggregates, and RMC.
Build and maintain senior-level relationships with developers, contractors, infrastructure firms, and channel partners.
Ensure efficient sourcing, vendor management and cost optimization.
Provide regular performance reviews and growth roadmaps to top management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate in Engineering / Business / Construction Management (MBA preferred).
12 15 years experience in construction materials (steel, RMC, aggregates, or allied sectors) with proven business leadership exposure.
Strong P&L management and strategic planning experience.
Excellent client network in Bangalore s real estate and infrastructure ecosystem.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and execution skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
