Role & responsibilities

Analyze daily business data to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities.
Prepare concise reports and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
Build data-driven processes to support decision-making and business operations.
Identify improvement areas, run experiments, test hypotheses, and scale solutions.
Collaborate with business teams to align on goals, metrics, and execution.
Provide data-based recommendations and track impact on key performance metrics.
Develop predictive and prescriptive models to evaluate business and customer impact.

Preferred candidate profile

2+ years of experience in Business Analysis / Analytics / BI.
Strong skills in
Excel, SQL, Python
;
Power BI
preferred.
Experience delivering analytical projects and insights.
Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving and multitasking ability.
Hands-on with complex data sources; strong communication and presentation skills.
