Job Description

As an HR Business Partner at our company, you will be responsible for effective people management of the aligned business unit. Engaging with business leaders to enable and impact business success will be a key aspect of your role. You will be responsible for ideating, conceptualizing, and implementing various HR initiatives such as workforce planning, employee engagement, learning and development, performance management, rewards and recognition, succession planning, and policy review. Your responsibilities will also include: - Partnering with the business to surface ground-level risks and challenges, and devising solutions - Consulting with managers to attract the right target set, develop, and retain people to achieve their highest potential - Assisting business with workforce planning, succession planning, skills assessment, and providing input on team structures, talent classification, training needs, and career progressions - Reviewing and analyzing business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience - Planning and managing both annual and mid-year processes focusing on performance management and talent development - Working with business stakeholders to assess, create, and implement innovative solutions for employee engagement initiatives - Coordinating and aligning project plans, communication, and related efforts with HR and Corporate initiatives - Developing and implementing employee surveys and questionnaires, including analysis and action planning based on survey results - Staying updated on the latest trends in the industry to recommend improvements based on best practices in HR processes Qualifications required for this role include: - Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results - Strong business and HR acumen, problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative - High project management skills and the ability to build and maintain a positive work environment - Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills - Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment requiring strong multitasking abilities - Analytical skillset required to execute responsibilities effectively - Candidates from the same domain will have an upper hand,
