Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Head at Varsha Refractories Private Limited located in Kalyan. The Business Head will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's business operations, including sales, marketing, finance, and strategic planning. They will lead a team to drive growth, profitability, and market expansion. Qualifications Strong leadership and management skills Experience in sales, marketing, finance, and strategic planning Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and execute business strategies Knowledge of the refractory industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field Proven track record of achieving business targets and goals Experience in a similar role in the manufacturing sector is preferred Show more Show less
