Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Head located in Kolkata. The Business Head will oversee the daily operations, setting and achieving business goals, developing strategic plans, and ensuring the growth and success of the company. Responsibilities include managing teams, aligning resources with business objectives, building and maintaining client relationships, and leading market research and competition analysis. The role will also involve ensuring financial health and optimizing business processes for improved efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in business management, strategic planning, and team leadership
• Strong skills in market research, competition analysis, and client relationship management
• Financial acumen and ability to optimize business processes
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to work on-site in Kolkata
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred
• Experience in the technology or web development industry is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,192.40 - ₹69,773.40 per month
