Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Head to lead our multi-city sales portfolio, drive operational excellence, and steer regional teams towards consistent business growth. This is a high-impact leadership role offering national exposure, strategic responsibility, and the opportunity to scale business in key markets.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales operations across multiple cities, ensuring revenue targets, market share, and customer satisfaction goals are consistently met.
  • Build, mentor, and guide high-performing city and regional sales teams.
  • Formulate and execute strategic business plans tailored to each city/region, based on local market dynamics.
  • Drive key partnerships and business alliances with developers, builders, and facility management companies.
  • Collaborate with internal leadership across functions (Marketing, HR, CRM) to optimize performance, campaigns, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and performance data to make informed decisions and forecast growth.
  • Ensure process excellence, compliance, and consistent brand representation across all locations.
  • Represent the company in key external forums, client meetings, and leadership reviews.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in real estate sector.
  • Proven track record in multi-city sales management and scaling teams from ground up.
  • Strong business acumen with strategic thinking and hands-on execution ability.
  • Exceptional leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven, and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Exposure to startup culture or rapid scale-up environments will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
