Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Business Head located in Hyderabad. The Business Head will be responsible for overseeing daily business operations, developing and implementing strategic initiatives, managing budgets, and driving growth. The role involves leading and mentoring teams, building relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring the company’s vision and goals are achieved.

Qualifications

• Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Financial Management skills
• Experience in Team Leadership and Stakeholder Management
• Strong understanding of the Natural Products and Health & Wellness industry
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Problem-Solving skills
• Proven ability to drive growth and improve efficiencies
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of relevant industry experience
