6. Conduct

   25+ dealer–architect–builder joint events

   to build visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Dealer Success Enablement

  – Provide pricing, credit, design, and marketing support to drive dealer growth.

• Service Excellence

  – Ensure post-sales support, installation quality, and fast resolution of issues.

• Revenue Growth

  – Build predictable inflows via dealer-led projects.

• Market Development

  – Strengthen connects with architects, builders, and HNIs.

• Operational Excellence

  – Implement SOPs for sales, service, quotations & project execution.

Experience & Skills Required

• 15 – 20 years in windows/doors/facades/building materials.
• Proven

  dealer/channel development

  & after-sales service management.
• Strong technical knowledge of aluminium window systems.
• Track record of

  ₹50–100 Cr+ revenue delivery

• Leadership + operational discipline + client handling skills.
