Job Description

Role Summary:

The Business Head – Operations and Revenue Growth will be responsible for driving the strategic and operational agenda to enhance business performance, improve customer experience, streamline operations, and achieve aggressive revenue targets. This leadership role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, financial acumen, and people leadership to scale the business profitably.

Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:

  • Define and execute business strategies aligned with the company’s long-term objectives.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and lead business expansion initiatives.
  • Work with cross-functional leaders to create business plans and performance benchmarks.

Revenue Growth:

  • Own the company’s top-line growth, profitability, and market share targets.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive product/service enhancements and sales strategy.
  • Develop and implement pricing, upsell, cross-sell, and customer acquisition strategies.

Operational Management:

  • Optimize operational workflows to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
  • Drive digital transformation and process automation where applicable.
  • Establish KPIs and ensure data-driven decision-making across departments.

Team & Stakeholder Management:

  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, operations, customer success, and finance.
  • Build a high-performance culture with a focus on accountability and results.
  • Collaborate with investors, partners, vendors, and key clients as needed.

Financial & Performance Oversight:

  • Own P&L responsibilities and financial forecasting.
  • Monitor business performance against goals and implement corrective actions as required.
  • Prepare periodic reports and presentations for the board and stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
  • Experience: 10–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, revenue growth, or general management roles.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in scaling business operations and achieving sustained revenue growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
