Job Description

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee end-to-end NBFC operations across departments - credit, collections, finance, compliance, product, technology, marketing, and HR.
• Ensure adherence to RBI regulations, board directives, and internal SOPs across all operational aspects.
• Build, lead, and mentor cross-functional teams to foster a performance-driven culture.
• Formulate and execute both short-term and long-term strategies to meet disbursement, revenue, and NPA targets.
• Represent the NBFC in board meetings, investor presentations, and regulatory discussions.
• Foster coordination between departments and drive accountability through KPIs and structured reviews.
• Identify and build partnerships with banks, fintechs, and third-party vendors, ensuring strong relationship management.
• Lead digitization and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Oversee risk management, compliance frameworks, internal controls, and audits.
• Report directly to the Board of Directors, presenting performance dashboards and actionable business insights.
