Job Description

Deputed at Client's factory/plant (multi-functional operations), Pune and nearby

Job Summary:

The BUSINESS HEAD will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of the Action Plan finalized by WITAN EXCEL for the client's multi-functional operations. He/ She will act as a bridge between the client and WITAN EXCEL's core team, ensuring effective communication, and timely resolution of issues. The BUSINESS HEAD will be responsible for the execution of the plan and the timely delivery of targets, with the support of WITAN EXCEL's advisory board and function specialists.

Requirements:

Age Group: 28-35 years

Qualification: BE/B. Tech in Electrical Engineering or MBA.

Experience: Minimum 3-6 years of experience in an Electrical products business, B2B / OEM, Industrial Sales, Product Sales, Market Expansion role, preferably in a manufacturing organization.

Skills:

Should be a strong Sales oriented leader. Driving Revenue will be a very important requirement.

Strong understanding on electrical products technical details and manufacturing process. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and execute projects.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Familiarity with diverse business functions such as Marketing, Vendor Mangement /SCM, HR, Finance etc.

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members Strong leadership and team management skills
