Directors and Senior Management: Oversee induction programs for new Executives/CEOs and ensure appropriate management time is allocated for the process. Identify and address the development needs of executive directors and senior management reporting to them. Offer information and advice on succession planning to the Board and the Nomination Committee. Facilitate Management Development Reviews for executives and provide input to the wider Board evaluation process. Relations with Shareholders: Lead the communication program with the Companys shareholders. Other Responsibilities: Set and drive the vision and purpose of the organization. Promote and conduct the Groups affairs with the highest standards of integrity, probity, and corporate governance. Understand their needs, identify gaps and opportunities. Understand their product, target markets & customers. Negotiate terms and revenue with such units. Finalize and complete documentation of the on-boarding of such Units. Define and devise PR strategy to achieve timely onboarding of companies. Supply Chain Management: Understand the requirement of raw materials and other required services for MSME Units to run their production. Understand the consumption & re-ordering period of such raw materials. Analyze and identify qualitative and price-sensitive vendors. Understand cost factors of procurement and how to minimize costs with better options. Devise supply chain strategy to improve productivity, efficiency, and reduce costs. Understand ERP systems and related software. Develop first, second, and subsequent levels in the team to handle multiple products and business. Identify bottlenecks and create optimal solutions. Collaborate with multiple vendors to create coordinated plans for business growth. Communicate and negotiate with suppliers & vendors to secure more profitable deals.
