Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at

WITAN EXCEL PVT LTD

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business leads and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate should be able to communicate effectively and present our service portfolio to potential clients. They should be comfortable in engaging with clients and maintain positive relationships with them. The candidate will report to the Business Development Head and will work in coordination with other teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze market trends and gather insights to identify opportunities for

Active in conducting Market Research.

Generate

Using networks and online research identifiers and qualifying new sales leads.

Become a product expert and be able to effectively present company?s items to current and new customers.

Following-up on the sales leads by clearly providing the applicable facts.

Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.

Cold-Calling.

MIS Reporting.

Skills Required:

Language Proficiency ? English and Hindi (Marathi would be an added advantage).

Proficient in MS Office.

Adaptability as per Customer?s Needs.

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, good organizational and time management

Eligibility Criteria:

Age group: 25-35

Qualification: Bachelor?s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in Mid- corporate and MSME segments.
