As a Sales Executive in the HVAC & Refrigeration segment at Ecocare Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you will be part of a new-age innovation company that focuses on developing sustainable cleaning and hygiene solutions for the modern Indian consumer and brand ecosystem. Your role will involve working closely with the Sales Team to identify opportunities, develop dealer networks, and support OEM relationships across India. **Key Responsibilities:** - **On-Field Sales & Client Visits:** Regularly visit OEMs, dealers, and service contractors in the HVAC and refrigeration industry to promote Ecocare products. - **Lead Generation:** Identify and convert new business opportunities in assigned territories. - **Dealer & Channel Support:** Assist in developing and managing dealer and distributor networks across regions. - **Market Research:** Collect and share on-ground insights about competitors, pricing, and product trends. - **Product Demonstration:** Support technical demonstrations and trials of Ecocare cleaning and maintenance products. - **Sales Coordination:** Work closely with the Sales Manager to execute sales plans and meet regional targets. - **Reporting:** Maintain daily visit logs, follow-up reports, and lead tracking using CRM tools or Excel. - **Customer Relationship Management:** Build trust and credibility with customers through consistent engagement and after-sales support. - **Exhibition & Event Support:** Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events as part of the sales team. **Qualifications:** - **Education:** Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration. - **Experience:** 03 years of field sales experience (preferably in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Industrial Consumables sector). - **Technical Understanding:** Basic knowledge of cooling systems, coils, and industrial cleaning solutions is an advantage. - **Tools & Skills:** - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms. - Good command over English and regional languages. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - **Soft Skills & Attributes:** - Go-Getter Attitude. - Curiosity to Learn. - Team Player. - Resilience. - Professional Demeanor.
