Ecocare Technologies is dedicated to redefining industrial and commercial cleaning through eco-friendly formulations and advanced chemistry, catering to major players in industries such as HVAC, Refrigeration, Food, Beverage, and Dairy. **Key Responsibilities:** - Regularly visit OEMs, dealers, and service contractors to promote Ecocare products in the HVAC and refrigeration industry. - Identify and convert new business opportunities in assigned territories to drive sales growth. - Assist in developing and managing dealer and distributor networks across regions. - Collect on-ground insights about competitors, pricing, and product trends to inform market research. - Support technical demonstrations and trials of Ecocare cleaning and maintenance products. - Work closely with the Sales Manager to execute sales plans and meet regional targets effectively. - Maintain daily visit logs, follow-up reports, and lead tracking using CRM tools or Excel. - Build trust and credibility with customers through consistent engagement and after-sales support. - Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to showcase Ecocare products as part of the sales team. **Qualifications:** - Education: Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration. - Experience: 03 years of field sales experience, preferably in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Industrial Consumables sector. - Basic knowledge of cooling systems, coils, and industrial cleaning solutions is an advantage.
