Who We Are Looking For

dynamic, self-driven Sales Executive

Sales Team

This is a hands-on field role ideal for candidates who are passionate about B2B industrial sales, eager to learn, and ready to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • On-Field Sales & Client Visits:

    Regularly visit OEMs, dealers, and service contractors in the HVAC and refrigeration industry to promote Ecocare products.
  • Lead Generation:

    Identify and convert new business opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Dealer & Channel Support:

    Assist in developing and managing dealer and distributor networks across regions.
  • Market Research:

    Collect and share on-ground insights about competitors, pricing, and product trends.
  • Product Demonstration:

    Support technical demonstrations and trials of Ecocare cleaning and maintenance products.
  • Sales Coordination:

    Work closely with the Sales Manager to execute sales plans and meet regional targets.
  • Reporting:

    Maintain daily visit logs, follow-up reports, and lead tracking using CRM tools or Excel.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

    Build trust and credibility with customers through consistent engagement and after-sales support.
  • Exhibition & Event Support:

    Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events as part of the sales team.

Qualifications

  • Education:

    Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in

    Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.

  • Experience:

    03 years of field sales experience (preferably in

    HVAC, Refrigeration, or Industrial Consumables

    sector).
  • Technical Understanding:

    Basic knowledge of cooling systems, coils, and industrial cleaning solutions is an advantage.
  • Tools & Skills:

  • Proficient in

    Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms.

  • Good command over

    English and regional languages.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ownership mindset with a passion for learning and growth.
