Job Description

You will be responsible for leading sales, marketing, promotion, and support initiatives as a Business Growth Executive at M Analytics Solutions. Your main goal will be to facilitate the growth of the SaaS ERP product by acquiring new clients, supporting existing ones, and ensuring their satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Lead Generation & Sales** - Coordinate and lead client calls, demos, sales discussions, and follow-ups. - Conduct one-on-one meetings with potential and existing clients to present our ERP, understand their needs, and close deals. - Help build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. - **Marketing & Promotion** - Develop and maintain market-facing documentation like proposals, pitch decks, and case studies. - Plan, organize, and execute promotional activities such as exhibitions, expo stalls, and other events. - Work on product positioning and messaging to attract target customers. - **Customer Support & Feedback** - Provide client support for product issues and help them use our ERP effectively. - Collect client feedback and share insights with the product team to improve the product. - Help onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth experience. - **Market Research** - Analyze the local market and potential industries or customer segments to identify growth opportunities. - Research competitors, technology trends, and customer requirements. - **Collaboration** - Work with the internal team to align growth strategies. - Share regular updates on client progress, sales metrics, and market insights. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 1 year experience in the software development/tech/SaaS industry. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Good at building and maintaining client relationships. - Proactive, organized, and able to take ownership. - Comfortable working from the office and traveling for client meetings or events. - Understanding of sales cycles, lead generation, or marketing campaigns. **Preferred Skills:** - Experience with CRM tools or sales pipeline management. - Experience working in a startup environment. - Previous event or exhibition coordination experience. - Some understanding of analytics or ERP/SaaS products.
