Business Growth Executive / Business Development Executive

As a Business Growth Executive at M Analytics Solutions, you will play a crucial role in leading the sales, business development, marketing, and customer success efforts for our web + mobile ERP solution. Your responsibilities will include: - Lead Generation & Sales - Generate B2B leads and qualify prospects - Conduct demos, sales calls, and follow-up meetings - Manage the sales pipeline and close SaaS deals - Marketing & Positioning - Create and maintain pitch decks, proposals, and case studies - Plan and execute promotional activities, expos, and conferences - Define product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy - Customer Support & Onboarding - Support clients during onboarding and usage of our ERP system - Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the product team - Help in customer success and retention - Market Research - Research local industries, customer segments, and emerging trends - Analyze competitors and technology trends in ERP / SaaS - Collaboration - Work closely with product, development, and operations teams - Provide regular sales & market reports and updates Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year experience in the software / tech / SaaS industry - Strong communication (verbal + written) and relationship building skills - Proactive and self-driven, with a startup mindset - Willingness to work on-site and travel as needed - Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales cycle is a big plus - Experience with event coordination or exhibitions, and some analytics / ERP exposure preferred Join us at M Analytics Solutions and be part of a high-impact role in a growing SaaS startup in Kerala.
