As a Business Growth specialist, your main responsibilities will include: Identifying and connecting with potential clients in the F&B, hospitality, and retail sectors. Presenting the brand's services, highlighting the unique value proposition to businesses. Establishing and nurturing strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Leading negotiations and effectively closing deals. Collaborating with the internal business development team to strategize and coordinate client outreach efforts. Meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintaining detailed records of client interactions, contracts, and progress using CRM tools. Staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities to seize new opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications: 4-6 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Capability to articulate complex services in a clear and compelling manner. Charismatic, persuasive, and confident in deal-closing. Ambitious and self-motivated with a drive for achieving sales targets. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of the F&B, hospitality, or retail industries would be advantageous. Comfortable working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Experience with CRM tools or sales tracking systems is a plus.
