As a Business Growth professional for one of our clients, your role involves the following key responsibilities: - Identify and connect with potential clients in the F&B, hospitality, and retail sectors. - Present the brand's services, showcasing the unique value it brings to businesses. - Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. - Lead negotiations and effectively close deals. - Collaborate with the internal BD team to strategize and align client outreach. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Maintain detailed records of client interactions, contracts, and progress in CRM tools. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. For this role, the following skills and qualifications are required: - 4-6 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to explain complex services in a simple and engaging way. - Charismatic, persuasive, and confident in closing deals. - Ambitious and self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets. - Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of the F&B, hospitality, or retail industries is a plus. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - Experience using CRM tools or sales tracking systems is a plus.
