As a Finance Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Your responsibilities will involve analysing financial performance to identify trends and provide actionable insights to enhance profitability and efficiency. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and implementing cost control strategies to optimize supply chain and procurement costs. You will be expected to monitor and analyse key cost drivers to recommend strategies for improving margin and cost efficiency. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as procurement, supply chain, sales, and operations, will be essential to align financial goals with business objectives. Your role will also require you to provide financial guidance and insights to support decision-making and strategic initiatives. Monitoring and enhancing revenue performance across product lines, focusing on pricing, discounts, and profitability analysis, will be a key part of your responsibilities. Leading initiatives to improve gross margins and optimize pricing models based on market trends and competitor analysis will also fall under your purview. You will need to identify and assess financial risks, developing mitigation strategies in alignment with corporate policies. Credit control within the business vertical will be your responsibility. Additionally, you will lead finance-driven projects, including cost-reduction initiatives, system, and process improvements.
