As an Inventory Management - Finance at Biocon Biologics, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - **Inventory Valuation**: - Independently handle the Inventory valuation - Run ML and reconcile inventory dump with financial (GL) - Finalize the Inventory valuation for BBL Entity and JV in the system - Track non-valued inventory movement with the previous month and quarter categorized under Quality, R&D, and Expiry - Prepare and share Closing Inventory details with GL teams once Inventory is finalized - Work on Inventory Provision and analyze movement vs Previous Month and Quarter - Maintain Inventory write-off working and tracker - Handle Overhead movement for Finished goods and Semi-Finished goods - Track Batch Failures on a monthly basis - Make adjustments for Goods-In-Transit for Inventory Valuation - Conduct Profit Elimination workings where applicable on a Quarterly basis - Work on Slow Moving inventory Provision - **MIS Reporting**: - Group products for each batch - Prepare consolidated backup working L1&L2&Mkt Inventory reports for location, Product, Category, and Market Wise - Prepare Supply Chain Management Inventory and MIS reports - Ensure all materials purchased for R&D with WBS codes are cross-charged to R&D - Work on monthly details of near expiry risks - Escalate to Supply Chain Management team for Finished and Semi-Finished goods batches aged more than 90 days and collect reasons - Track Inventory for special categories of project materials - Monitor Inventory for materials at third-party manufacturing locations - Prepare quarterly backup workings for Provision and write-off (Month on Month Analysis Report) and Operations performance tracker - Consolidate and share sub-contract related material details with the Biocon Ltd team - Closing Inventory, Purchase, and Consumption - Consolidate and share project-related material details with the Project Management team - Prepare Quarterly Board Deck Slides - Work on Demand Coverage and Month-on-holding for product level - Perform Rolling Forecast based on SCM Team Shared File OR SAP IBP Dump (Required For Month On Holding Working) Join the Biocon Biologics team to be a part of a leading company in the biosimilars revolution and contribute to impacting a billion lives through affordable innovation and patient-centricity.,
