As a Business Finance Specialist at a global leader in Co-Working Spaces, your role will involve utilizing your expertise in finance, MIS, or business finance to contribute to the company's growth. You should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and be proficient in Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Macros. Your strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and business metrics will be essential for this role. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as marketing and operations will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and analyze monthly reports, financial statements, and dashboards for financial reporting & MIS. - Assist in financial planning through budgeting & forecasting to support strategic decisions. - Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure Expense & Cost Control. - Perform reconciliations, assist in audits, and maintain compliance for Reconciliation & Compliance. - Identify automation & efficiency opportunities, and drive Process Improvement. - Collaborate with different teams to ensure financial transparency and effective communication. Qualification Required: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, MIS, or business finance. - Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros. - Strong grasp of financial statements, accounting principles, and business metrics. - Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. - Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams like marketing and operations.
