Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Executive based in Pune. The Business Executive will be responsible for interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, and providing them with tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, driving customer acquisition, supporting client queries, managing accounts, and promoting NoBrokerHood's products and services to achieve business growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with every on-boarded apartment owner in the territory.
  • Should be Proficient in English and Hindi Mandatory
  • Provide post-sales support and resolve client escalations efficiently.
  • Assist new customers in installing and using the NoBrokerHood app to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Educate clients about new subscription plans/offers and drive upselling opportunities.
  • Ensure successful and timely renewals to retain every account.
  • Grow the overall revenue portfolio by leveraging the referral matrix.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
