Business Excellence Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Lead implementation and upkeep of IMS (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) across the organization.
• Develop, review, and maintain system documentation: policies, procedures, manuals, and records.
• Drive internal audits, compliance monitoring, CAPA closures, and management reviews.
• Act as liaison with certification bodies, regulators, and auditors.
• Ensure adherence to statutory requirements (Factory Act 1948, BOCW Act 1996, NBC 2016, CGWA, EHS).
• Deliver training and awareness programs to embed a culture of quality, safety, and sustainability.
• Analyze IMS data and present KPI dashboards to leadership.
• Initiate best practices and process improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Support sustainability reporting, ESG / BRSR compliance, and customer-focused initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering; Environment certifications preferred.
• Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001.
• 8 - 12 years experience in IMS implementation in EPC companies/plants/project sites.
• Strong knowledge of statutory & legal EHS requirements.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to sustainability reporting / ESG frameworks is a plus.
  Willingness to travel for audits and business needs.
