Job Purpose:
To lead, implement, and sustain a Total Quality Management (TQM) framework across Sobha Constructions LLC, leveraging Deming Prize methodologies and DTQMP (Deming Total Quality Management Program) principles to drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, defect prevention, and continuous improvement across all construction projects and support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. TQM & Deming-Based Excellence
2. Continuous Improvement & Process Excellence
3. Apply 7 QC tools, New 7 tools, SPC, FMEA, and root cause analysis to reduce defects, rework, and variation.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical preferred)
